Get more organic sales from your Shopify store.
If the ads are paying for most of your orders, the profit goes right back out the door.
Your store already has the tools to sell without a bill attached.
Most of them are switched off.
I'm Herbert Timpson. I get your Shopify store running the way it should: products that show up on Google, emails that actually reach your customers, and sales that don't rely on cold ad traffic.
A done-for-you Shopify expert works inside your store's own accounts to turn on what already sells without an ad bill: Shopify SEO, Google Merchant Center free listings, Klaviyo email that actually sends, and AI search. On one store, 30-day sales went from $5,110 before the work to $35,812 about 90 days in, by Shopify's own reports.
The ads are carrying the store...
and eating all of your profit.
And the ad bill is not the only thing it is costing you.
Clicks, but nobody buys
In 23 days of cold Facebook ads, one store logged 5,379 visits from Facebook and Instagram. Only 3 completed checkout.
Why visitors are not buying What you seeTurn the ads down and sales drop with them
So you do not dare touch the budget. The ads stopped being a channel a while ago. They are the whole plan.
Are your ads worth it? Do the math What you seeEvery tool takes credit, and none of them match your orders
For the same 30 days, one store's email platform credited itself with 23 orders. Shopify traced 10 orders to an email click.
How the Stack Check reads them together What is hidingYour email says live, and almost nobody gets it
One store's weekly email sequence showed as live for six weeks and reached 13 people. It was built for 488.
Five checks to run on your email What is hidingYour best products are barely showing on Google
Google will show your products to shoppers for free. On one store, the highest-value products had never been published through the store's Google channel, so Google showed thin versions it found on its own.
Check your free listings How it feelsYou are starting to wonder if it is worth it
According to Google, people in the US search “is Shopify worth it” about 880 times a month. On the store in the case study, the answer was not a new platform. It was turning on what was already there.
See what changedOne store was paying $1,700 a month for Facebook ads and an ad vendor. In its slowest 30 days before the work, the whole store sold $5,110.
A store that already sells should not have to pay for every order. The ways buyers find you for free are already built in. Somebody just has to turn them on, and check that they are working.
I do the work inside your store.
On Saturdays I pack orders for a direct to consumer brand. The rest of the week I do SEO, Klaviyo email and AI search work inside Shopify stores, logged in to Shopify, Klaviyo, Search Console, GA4 and Merchant Center myself. Here is what that did for one direct to consumer store, from its own Shopify reports.
Before: $5,110 in 30-day sales. After about 90 days: $35,812.
Before is March 20 to April 18, 2026. After is August 17 to September 15, 2026. The Facebook tiles compare cold audiences (August 3 to 25, 2026) with warm audiences (August 26 to September 15, 2026), both during the work. Sales figures come from Shopify's own sales reports.

Three steps from traffic to sales.
- 1
Stack Check
I go through your store, your email and your Google accounts and show you where money is going out the door and where it is sitting unclaimed.
- 2
Fix it in order
I work in your accounts, biggest dollars first, so the fixes that pay fastest come first.
- 3
Keep score
You get the count from your own Shopify reports, channel by channel, as a before and an after.
- Done for you. I do the work, you do not have to learn it.
- You keep your accounts and logins. I work in them.
- Every number comes from your own Shopify reports
- The ads that work stay on
- If your store is not the bottleneck, I will tell you
The detail is The Traffic to Sales Method: five stages from Stack Check to Show Proof.
Shopify SEO, Klaviyo email and AI search, done for you.
The tools your store already has, turned on and checked, starting where the sales usually go missing.
Buyers search Google and find someone else
Shopify SEO that fixes the collection and product pages that cannot rank, so buyers find your store instead of a competitor.
AI searchChatGPT names a competitor, not you
AI search optimization so ChatGPT, Perplexity and Gemini can reach your store, read it and name it when buyers ask what to buy.
Klaviyo emailEmail says live and sends nothing
Klaviyo flows rebuilt so they actually send, checked against list size, with the sales counted in Shopify.
Google Merchant CenterYour best products are missing from Google
Free Google Shopping listings cost nothing. The highest value products are often the ones never submitted.
Shopify store auditNobody can say what actually paid
Every platform reports on itself, and none of the reports agree with your Shopify sales.
From renting your customers to earning them.
Picture a month where the ads are a choice, not life support.
- Your best products show up in Google's free listings
- Google search, AI answers and Klaviyo email bring in orders without a bill attached
- You know which channel actually pays
- The ads that work keep running, and stop carrying everything
Or leave Merchant Center, your collection pages and your email list idle, and keep paying for orders your own store could have sent.
Questions store owners ask first.
Do I have to turn off my Facebook ads?
No. On the store in the case study the ads kept running and moved to warm audiences on August 26, 2026. A website visit cost 13¢ instead of 45¢ in Facebook Ads Manager, and 1 in 179 Facebook and Instagram visits completed checkout instead of 1 in 1,793, by Shopify's count. The point is for search, free listings and email to carry more of the month, so the ads stop carrying all of it.
What does a Shopify expert do?
A done-for-you Shopify expert does the work inside your accounts: Shopify SEO for your product and collection pages, Klaviyo email flows that actually send, Google Merchant Center free listings, and AI search optimization so ChatGPT, Perplexity and Gemini can find and name your store. It is for anyone with a Shopify store, and you do not have to learn any of it.
Is it worth it to hire a Shopify expert?
It is worth it when your store already has traffic and the tools that sell for free are switched off or broken, because the fixes work on sales the store is already close to making. If your store is not the bottleneck, you will hear that on the first call.
Can I hire someone to manage my Shopify store?
For the marketing side, yes: SEO, Google Merchant Center, Klaviyo email and AI search, done inside your accounts while you keep every login. Day-to-day operations such as fulfillment and customer service stay with you.
What is AI search optimization for a Shopify store?
Making your store easy for AI engines to reach, read and trust, so it gets named when buyers ask ChatGPT, Perplexity or Gemini what to buy. Nobody can guarantee a citation. The work is reachable pages, real specifics and measuring whether you are named.
Can you guarantee more sales?
No. What I can do is show you where the store is losing them, fix it in order, and count every change from your own Shopify reports, with the source and the dates.
Find out how much of your month the ads are carrying.
Thirty minutes. You leave knowing where your traffic is losing sales, whether or not you hire me.
