The Money on the Table Method
Five stages that turn the tools a Shopify store already has into orders it does not have to pay for, in the order that pays first.
Why it starts with the whole store
Most stores that sell well are paying for a lot of those sales. On the beef brand in the case study, Facebook ad spend and an ad vendor took $1,700 a month to bring in about $2,177 in sales, before the cost of the beef. Meanwhile the free channels were barely on.
The reason nobody noticed is that every tool grades its own homework. Klaviyo said the email sequence was live. It had sent 7 emails in 90 days. Google said nothing about the three best products, because they had never been submitted. Reading the tools together is what finds the money.

Stack Check
Read Shopify, Klaviyo, Search Console, GA4 and Merchant Center together and find where they disagree. Every tool grades its own homework, so the sales go missing in the gaps between them.
On a live store Shopify, Klaviyo, Search Console, GA4 and Merchant Center were read together instead of one at a time. That is how the missing products, the silent email sequence and the identification ceiling all surfaced in the same week.
Get Found
Put the store in front of buyers on Google, in free product listings and in AI answers, starting with the products and pages that already exist.
On a live store The top products were published to the Google and YouTube channel so they could appear in free listings, and the store's content pages were linked into hubs so Google could find and rank them. Free listing orders went from 2 a month to 12 in August, with 9 more in the first half of September.
Get Names
Turn more visitors into people the store can reach. Every email flow downstream is capped by how many visitors the store can identify.
On a live store Capture was treated as the ceiling it was. Every visitor the store can identify feeds every flow downstream, so this came before any email copy was touched.
Get Orders
Email flows that send and sell, checked against list size and never against the word live on a dashboard.
On a live store All 488 subscribers were enrolled in the sequence using Klaviyo's own backfill, and the first message was confirmed sent before anything else moved. Weekly sends went from 52 to 552. By Klaviyo's own attribution, flow revenue went from $2,062 over six weeks to $6,813 over four.
Show Proof
Count every change from the store's own order records, as a before and an after, with the channel read from each order.
On a live store Every figure on this page comes from the store's own order records, with the channel read from each order's landing page and referrer. That is also how the gap between what Klaviyo claims and what email actually delivered was found.
What I will not sell you
- A guaranteed ranking, citation or sales number. Nobody controls how Google ranks or how an AI engine answers.
- A text file or a schema block sold as a strategy. Good markup helps machines read a site. There is no secret version that buys a citation.
- More traffic before the gaps are closed. Pouring paid traffic into a store that loses it between the tools only makes the leak more expensive.
- Switching off ads that work. The goal is for the free channels to carry more of the month, not to pretend paid should disappear.
