Google Merchant Center and product feeds for Shopify
Free product listings are inventory you already own. Most stores have never checked which products are actually published to them.
The check that usually finds money
On one client account the three highest value products in the catalog, worth 31.5 percent of attributed revenue, had never been published to the Google and YouTube channel at all. Not rejected. Never submitted. They were only on the online store and point of sale.
What the work is
Confirm the channel is publishing, fix the product data that causes silent disapprovals, get the high value items into the feed, and separate free listings from paid shopping so you can tell which one is earning.
What it produced
Orders from Google free listings went from 2.0 a month to 5.8 a month. Against the channel's own recent baseline rather than its dead period, that is 16 percent more orders and 35 percent more revenue. Both figures are on the result page with the caveat attached.
