What moved
Organic revenue went from $1,056 a month to $2,393, and organic orders from 4.6 to 9.8. These are revenue figures built from order records, not estimated visits from a visibility tool.
Revenue is booked on a contract basis: a beef share is recorded at full contract value when the deposit is paid, because that is when the animal is committed. The same basis is applied to both sides. Against the immediately preceding two month window rather than the five month one, organic revenue is up 29 percent.
The work behind it
- Rebuilt full history from order level events, because the storefront API only returns about 60 days.
- Fixed the accounting basis first so both sides of the comparison matched.
- Built the technical foundation before treating content as the bottleneck.
- Expanded the site around buyer intent pages and linked them so the new structure was visible.
